On the Sterling platform, you can easily access comprehensive employee census reports, providing a complete view of active enrolees or all employees, including terminated employees. These reports support streamlining auditing, payroll reconciliation, and tracking benefit enrolment and participation across your organization.
Accessing Active Employees Report
- Navigate to the Employees tab
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click Download Census Report; the file will be emailed to you
Accessing All Employees and All Employees with Dependents Reports (Active + Terminated)
- Go to the Employee tab
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click Download All Employees or Download Employees With Dependents; the file will be emailed to you
