As a Plan Administrator, you can access your organization's current employee payroll deduction report by logging into Sterling Capital Brokers (SCB) Connect. Under the "documents" tab you will find a drop down menu which allows you to change access to "SCB and Client Admins Only". Once you have made this selection, you will click the download button. An email will then be sent to you with a link to download the report. This can take a few minutes depending on the size of the file, but once you receive the email you can download the report.
It is important to note the payroll deduction report will only be generated for the current month. If you are looking for a report from a previous month, please contact your Sterling Capital Brokers Account Manager for further assistance. This report gives the employer/employee premium breakdown for each line of benefit for each employee. Please note that the tax information is broken out.
