You can update your mailing address 3 different ways.
1. You can login to the Sterling Capital Brokers Connect portal and update it yourself*.
2. You can contact your plan administrator and they can update it for you.
3. You can email support@sterlingbrokers.com and a team member will be able to update it. Please make sure if you choose this option you indicate your name, certificate number and new address to ensure that your profile is updated correctly.
*Please note that if your organization has set up a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) integration with Sterling, you will not be able to edit your address on the portal directly. If you don't have access to edit your address, you will need to contact your plan administrator to make the update on your organization's HRIS first so that it syncs to the Sterling platform.
