What do I do if my coordination of benefits is court ordered

If your coordination of benefits (COB) is court ordered, please email a copy of the order to [e-mail] and indicate that it is a  "Court Ordered - COB".

For children where the parents are divorced/separated - the parent with custody pays first, then if they have a spouse that plan pays second, then the non-custodial parent would pay third and the spouse of the non-custodial parent would pay 4th.  Unless a different arrangement ordered by the courts.
