How do I access my employee payroll deduction reports on the Sterling platform?

As a Plan Administrator, you can access your organization's current employee payroll deduction report by logging into Sterling Capital Brokers (SCB) Connect. This report gives the employer/employee premium breakdown for each line of benefit for each employee. Please note that the tax information is broken out.

Downloading the Employee Payroll Deductions file:

  • Navigate to the Documents tab
  • Change the Access dropdown menu to SCB and Client Admins Only
  • Locate the Employee Payroll Deductions report
  • Click the download icon to save a copy to your device

The payroll deduction report will only be generated for the current month. If you are looking for a report from a previous month, please contact support@sterlingbrokers.com for further assistance. 

 

Note: This report is restricted to SCB and Client Admin users and is not visible to general employee accounts.
